Obituary of Carol Louise Uhlenhop

Carol Louise Uhlenhop, age 88 of Louisburg, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Louisburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on December 26, 1927 in Bala, Kansas, the daughter of John W. and Minnie B. (Weller) Uhlenhop. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree and the University of Iowa with a Master’s degree. She started her music teaching career in Osawatomie and finished it in the Shawnee Mission School District. She played the piano at the Osawatomie Presbyterian Church. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M., December 22, 2016 in the Fairview Cemetery, north of Riley.
