Obituary of Peggy Manges

Peggy Marie Manges, age 63 of Riley, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at her home. She was born on July 11, 1953 in Frankfort, the daughter of Franklin and Twila Mae (Schreiner) Davis. On June 14, 1981, she was married to William L. Manges. He survives of the home. Peggy was an LPN at the Linn Nursing Home. She enjoyed working in her flower garden and baking pies, but most of all, taking care of her family. She is survived by her husband, Bill Manges of Riley; two children, Shawn Alexander and wife Kelly of Clay Center and Laura Alexander of Manhattan; one sister, Judy Davis of Manhattan; one brother, Walter Davis of Warren, Michigan; five grandchildren, Brian Patrick, Alexus Marrs, Layne Patrick, Wyatt Alexander and Raegan Alexander and one great grandson, Jadius Marrs. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Franklin Davis III. Cremation is planned with private family services. The Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
