Obituary of Lorna Lungren

Lorna Doone Lungren, age 85 of Leonardville, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan. She was born on September 11, 1931 in Manhattan, the daughter of Robert and Clara (Ott) Fredrich and graduated from Manhattan High School in 1951. Lorna was a homemaker who enjoyed making crafts and giving them to her friends. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Manhattan and later attended Alert Covenant Church. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Sumerour of Leonardville and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Kenneth Edward Houk, II Private graveside services will be held at the Valley View Memorial Park. The Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
