I AM SO SORRY FORY YOUR LOSS OF YOUR LOVED ONE.
WHEN I WORKED AT THE OLD ST. JOSEPH NURSING HOME IN MANHATTAN,KS HE WAS ONE OF THE ATA BUS DRIVERS. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY QUITE, HELPFUL AND UNDERSTING OF RESIDENTS NEEDS. LOTS OF TIME WE WERE RUNING LATE BECAUSE "MOTHER NATURE" NEEDS. HE WAS WILLING TO HANG AROUND A FEW MIN'S OR SWING BACK AROUND AND GET US WHILE HE WAS MAKING DROPING OFF OR PICK UP OTHER RIDERS.
AFTER A WHILE WE GOT TO KNOW EACH OTHER HE HAD A SWEET CHUCKLE.
YEARS HAVE PSSED AND OVER THE YEARS I HAD FORGETEN HIS NAME,NOT HIS FACE OR KINDNESS.

Dear family,
This is Betty Auchard writing. I don't remember Wayne but I do remember attending one of your famous annual family reunions with my husband, Denny. Also with us were Edward and Elma Auchard and his sister Elizabeth McReynolds and her husband, Marvin. We were on a family pilgrimage to visit all the homes where Frances and Elizabeth Auchard lived. It was a marvelous and enlightening voyage and I heard more family stories in a week than I have heard in my ife. I've written a story about that trip. Your reunion that year was incredible with happy hearts, family tales, and more amazing casseroles than I've ever seen and tasted in my life. I shall never forget it, but I "have" forgotten what year it was.
In person I do remember Denny's Aunt Ada and Winona...Nonie, we called her. Nonie visited us in California when our children were younger and was treated to a garage concert by my 8-year-old son, Dave', and his two friends...the musicians and their guitar, trumpet and drums. They were nervous as it was their first performance for a real person. Dave will never forget Nonie.
.I enjoyed seeing the family pictures here on your video.
Denny spoke of all of his relatives with such nostalgia that my heart aches for the family.
God bless all of you.
Love,
Betty

Aunt Lu, Gail, Walt and family,,
I know your hearts ache with the loss of Uncle Wayne. His loss. is monumental, in that his presence radiated throughout his surroundings. What a wonderful individual: great humor, sensitivity strong faith and duty to family. He was the patriarch of the Hollowell family and would have done anything within his power to fill the needs of his sisters and family. .
Please know that our hearts are with you during this weekend of loss. He is now with his siblings that have gone on before. Please feel our support, prayers and hugs as you move forward in his absence.
Much love,
Barb and Gary Robinson
