Our thoughts and prayers are with all the Thurlows out in Kansas from the Melvin Thurlow families that grew up in Indiana. I always loved going out to visit for our summer vacations. I have fond memories of Uncle Calvin. He loved to tease me. His smile was infectious! He let us bottle feed a tiny little runt calf that we named Bullet. He let us ride the mini bike. I only saw his temper one time when the big farm dog nipped at my hand when I got near his feeding dish! It meant so much when he and all the family came out to my wedding. Phyllis Thurlow Ronco
