What a beautiful tribute! My grandmother, Frances Pippenger, was Ethel's sister & I have fond memories of Great Aunt Ethel. One thing that was especially meaningful was that, after my grandmother passed away, Aunt Ethel would send cards to me for birthdays & Christmas. I always enjoyed hearing from her & it made me feel a special connection to my grandmother & her family.
